Head South out of Axminster on the A358, go under the by-pass then take the first right after about 2-300yds, on the inside of a sweeping bend.
Carry on past/through one farm to the second one and you're there.
Tight Lines!

following on from lenton's driections: after passing under the A-road the right turn is immediately after Axminster carpets, you cant miss it, called Abbey Lane. drive right to the end of the land and park on the grass verge a little distance up from the static caravan. The little porch on the front of the house has a little wooden box to put the £5 in.

Sea trout have been seen out at sea nearby. There will be some up at Abbey Gate for sure. Spring tides will have pushed them up there. Colin.

A local informant told me today that someone had two sea trout spinning at Abbey Gate farm yesterday. Colin.
