Well I've just finished 4 hours on Beat 3 and have had a good morning. Bought 2 WBT to the net and lost another of around the same size. All 3 took a gold bead head PTN under a dry. The river is quite coloured and I'm very glad that I bought my wading stick with me! There aren't many places to get in and out as the banks are very steep in most places. Anyway, these are my two from today ... I think my casting is improving, expecially with a duo set up.

Went to Champerhaise a month or so ago and it was that overgrown you could hardly get to the river on the downstream length. Went to Hemyock and it was much better, nearly all dry fly work although it can be difficult to get in and keep out of the vegetation
