My parents have a field that almost goes down to the Hems in Little Hempston, off the Dart by Totnes. There is a bridleway that fords it but we don't really know the land owner for the small bit of land that actually includes the bank. I've seen very busy upwing hatches in early summer (i'd generically call them mays) but does anyone know ny more about this tributary and if the rights are managed by anyone?
If not, advice on legality of fishing it?
