Tied a few of these today. Yellow killed last year on the Avon so i thought i would be prepared this year ;D

Shock horror you can pinch barbed hooks down before you fish with them I had run out of size 10 TMC 200RBL hooks so tied on the size 10 TMC 200R. I will save myself the effort posting pictures up next time

Hi Toby, nice flies fella! I also noticed on the Wylye the fish were liking yellow last year. We were fishing yellow stimulators and the fish were all over them. I'm off to work but will pop up a few of my monstrosities a bit later. Paul, no need to worry Toby always fishes barbless and cares for the fish with the utmost respect
