I don't know how much A J Sing and son ltd gets paid public money by way of subsidy to "look after the land" for us but I bet its more than 2k ( costs will be covered by insurance). Not much point in James Bevan asking for more money for the EA to combat pollution if this is the result, it would be more cost effective to shut them down and stick the f##king pipe straight in the river and be done with it. Guaranteed no more fish kills!

And yet an angler without a rod licence can be fined up to £2500. £5000 if you kill a bat or a Swan. Destruction of a complete ecosystem just £400 per km.
