Anyone know anything about the River Webburn that rises (as the East Webburn and West Webburn) around Widecombe in the Moor? I've never read anything about but from a study of the map it must be a sizeable stream. I guess the main stem from the junction of the East and West Webburn at Lizwell Meet down to the Dart at Buckland Bridge might be of some interest as a salmon/sea trout fishery. But what about the trout on the upper reaches?
Anyone?

Can't add much Andy apart from it's stuffed full of bandies from the last time I looked. Reckon the deeper pools could be interesting though.
Not really sure who has the rights but reckon it might be under the duchy waters. Will try and find out.
Sandy.
