Hi all,
if anyone is interested n meat prep and good old fashioned recipes then this fella, Scott Rea, has some really good videos on his YouTube channel. His recipes are very easy to follow and 'proper traditional'.
I made his game terrine recipe for Christmas lunch starter and it was absolutely fantastic, and easy to make.
