Just woken up to find two inches of wet snow in south Somerset, an area that usually misses it. Have the moors had another covering? Is anyone going to try for an opening day fish with snow on the banks high up on Dartmoor Global warming Andy

As usual Plymouth has missed all the white stuff.
Yes I will be trecking to the Moors to fish the West Dart. I cant make opening day but will probably fish a couple of days later around the 18th. I will also fish a dry just because I like it so probably wont see a fish all day!!!!

Good man TB. I like your style, go fishing and don't let the trout spoil your enjoyment!

Snow on Dartmoor yesterday when I woke up on my birthday treat night away.
Last night my step son caught not drive home and had to abandon the van at the bottom of a local hill and walk home, and three or four inches on the North Coast of Devon and along to the Cornish boarder this morning but melting quickly
