Many thanks gents, it is really appreciated.
Colin, the really nice back story to this piece is that Jim Williams from Vision put me in touch with James and his family about the piece as he thought it would be good to have a youngster saying a few words on their brand. I really think this was gutsy and have huge respect for Jim for doing this.
I still have a piece on your Dad but we need to catch a fish on a Devon Dumping or Constable to take it full circle!
Terry, no plans to change, I'd like to try and make the front page stronger and to be able to do a little more with images generally. When I started I decided to make it more word rather than image heavy as at the time I didn't want to try and compete with the wonderful Catch Magazine.

Great effort Pete... pity about the fishing being blown out... hopefully it will be a nice balmy day on the 15th Great to see the article on water abstraction. I keep meaning to get a colleague to write something on sediment load and erosion from fields...

Many thanks Boisker, it is going to be an issue looking ahead along with an infrastructure that is creaking at very best and more houses being built. I am really worried.
I'd love a piece on sediment load please!

I’ll see if one of the advisors will write something for me or has something I can ‘modify’.... I can write it if necessary but not exactly what I normally do at work.
We had a trial on a field where sediment traps were set up to demonstrate how much sediment washes off a bare field.... they caught 6 tonnes in one trap!

If you're like me and starting to climb the walls due to the weather I hope the new issue of ESF will make up for it a little! www.eat-sleep-fish.co.uk

This is going to be the last ESF for while. My new hard copy magazine that is coming in Sep is taking up a lot of my time at the moment so I've made the hard decision to shelve ESF for a while and see what happens. I hope you enjoy this best of edition. www.eat-sleep-fish.co.uk
